Welcome to the team!
We provide an inspiring and enabling environment. By listening to and carefully observing your children at play, we deliver a planned, purposeful curriculum that has a balance between adult led and child initiated play every day!
In our nursery we have three small family groups (Butterflies, Dragonflies and Bumblebees) which enable us to foster all areas of children’s learning and development. Research shows that children thrive from loving and secure relationships and this is what the key person in our family groups provide. This role is an important one and an approach set out in the EYFS. Family groups enable children to transition more smoothly, feel safe and secure as well as being able to target specific learning needs. This small family group approach has had a huge impact on all aspects of our children’s learning and their development has been outstanding.
